Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the Privacy Policy) applies to all information posted on the website on the Internet at: https://legalpay.com/ (hereinafter, the Site) that visitors and other users may obtain about the User while using the Site, its services, programs and products. Use of the Site's services constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and to the terms of processing of the User's personal information set out herein; if the User does not agree with these terms, the User must refrain from using the services.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. For the purposes of this Policy, the User's personal information means:

1.1. Personal information that the User provides about themselves on their own during registration (creation of an account) or while using the Site, including the User's personal data.

1.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Site's services while they are used by means of software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the services), technical specifications of the hardware and software used by the User, the date and time of access to the services, the addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.

1.3. Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for by the User Agreement.

2. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Site; the Site does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may visit via links available on the Site.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. The Site collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary to provide the services or to perform agreements with the User, except where the law requires personal information to be stored for a period established by law.

2. The Site processes the User's personal information for the following purposes:

2.1. Identifying a User registered on the Site.

2.2. Providing the User with access to the Site's personalized resources.

2.3. Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests concerning the use of the Site and the provision of services, and processing requests and applications from the User.

2.4. Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

2.6. Creating a User account, if the User has consented to the creation of an account.

2.7. Notifying the User of the Site.

2.8. Providing the User with customer and technical support in the event of problems related to the use of the Site.

2.9. Carrying out advertising activities with the User's consent.

CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING USERS' PERSONAL INFORMATION AND ITS TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

1. The Site stores Users' personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of the specific services.

2. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is maintained, except where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for public access by an unlimited number of persons. When using certain services, the User agrees that a certain part of their personal information becomes publicly available.

3. The Site has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.1. The User has consented to such actions.

3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a particular service or for the performance of a particular agreement or contract with the User.

3.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the framework of a procedure established by law.

3.4. In the event of the sale of the Site, all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy with respect to the personal information received pass to the acquirer.

4. The User's personal data is processed without time limit by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools. Users' personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information".

5. In the event of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User of the loss or disclosure of the personal data.

6. The Site Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying and dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

7. The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

1. The User shall:

1.1. Provide the personal data information necessary to use the Site.

1.2. Update and supplement the personal data information provided if such information changes.

2. The Site Administration shall:

2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

2.2. Keep confidential information secret, not disclose it without the User's prior written permission, and not sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose by any other possible means the User's personal data transferred, except as provided for by this Privacy Policy.

2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure customarily used to protect information of this kind in existing business practice.

2.4. Block the personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the request or inquiry of the User or their legal representative or of the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, if inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions are detected.

2.5. Delete the personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of the request or inquiry of the User or their legal representative or of the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, by sending an email to: info@legalpay.kg

LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

1. The Site Administration that has failed to fulfil its obligations is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Site Administration is not liable if such confidential information:

2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.

2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. Before filing a lawsuit in court over disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Site and the Site Administration, submitting a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute) is mandatory.

2. The recipient of the claim shall, within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.

3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic at the location of the Administration.

4. The current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic applies to this Privacy Policy and to the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

1. The Site Administration has the right to amend this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

2. The new Privacy Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.

3. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement.
